Printing a resource from the MyForm portal

Form Health patients can print resources from the MyForm portal, which can be accessed from your phone or computer.

Printing on your computer

1. Log in to the MyForm web portal: https://my.formhealth.io
2. Click on the resource you'd like to print.
3. Click "File" in your computer's navigation bar.
4. Click "Print". Step 2 and 3 may vary depending on the browser you're using.
5. Choose your printer, and print!

Printing from your phone

1. Log in to the MyForm web portal from your phone's browser (not the Form Health app): https://my.formhealth.io
2. Click on the resource you'd like to print
3. In the upper right hand corner, click the Up arrow (for iPhone) or the three dots (for Android).
4. Scroll down until you see "Print", and print the resource
