Printing a resource from the Form Health app

Form Health patients can print resources from the Form app using a wireless printer. See below for instructions for iPhone and Android users.

If you prefer to view and print resources on a computer, please navigate to our MyForm portal.

Printing from an iPhone

1. From the Form app homepage, scroll down to the bottom where it says "Resources".
2. Click on the resource you'd like to print.

3. In the upper right-hand corner, click the square icon with the arrow in it.

4. Scroll down and click "Print"

5. Select the printer you would like to print to.

6. Click "Print" in the upper right corner.

Printing from Android

1. From the Form app homepage, scroll down to the bottom where it says "Resources".
2. Click on the resource you'd like to print.

3. Click the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Scroll down to click "Print"

5. Click "Select a printer" to show your printer options.

6. Select which printer to use.

7. Click the print icon to print the resource.
