Send my prescription to another pharmacy

If your pharmacy already has your prescription on file, the fastest way to transfer it is by calling the new pharmacy. We strongly recommend first checking that the new pharmacy has your medication in stock. You'll need your medication name / dosage, and the phone number of the pharmacy that currently has your prescription.
