Why are there three charges for my doctor in one month? I only saw them once.

You are currently on our Fully Insured plan. On this plan, we bill your medical visits, registered dietician services, and required scale readings to insurance. The charges on your bill are for your monthly medical appointment, your monthly dietician services, and required monthly scale readings.
