How do I join a group class?

You can sign up for a group class through the Form Health app. To do this, click the chat icon at the bottom of the home screen. Then, click "Other Common Questions" and "Monthly Group Classes". Here, you'll see a list of our upcoming group classes with a link to sign up.

Each week, patients will also receive an email with the upcoming group classes and the link to join.
