How do I change my scale from lbs to kgs?

You can switch the units on your Body scale (between kg, lb, and st lb) by following these steps:

1. Briefly press the button on the back of the scale. The display will cycle through the three unit options: kg, lb, and st lb.
2. Press the button again to move the arrow to your preferred unit. Once it’s selected, press and hold the button to confirm. The unit setting will then be updated.
