Can I download my weight data?

Yes, you can download your weight data from the MyForm portal. You may want to download this data if you are leaving Form Health, or if you want to upload it into another fitness or health tracking app.

Here's how:

1. Log into the Form Health portal at https://my.formhealth.io/
2. On the home page, scroll down to your weight chart.
3. Click the "Download CSV" button below the table, like the screenshot below:
