Video Conferencing for Patient Appointments

Form Health utilizes Zoom for all patient video appointments. This ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains a secure and consistent experience for our patients.

Why Zoom?

Zoom has been selected as Form Health's standard video conferencing platform due to its reliability, security features, and integration with our existing systems. Our IT security team has established security contracts with Zoom and we are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all patient data.

Alternative Video Platforms

Currently, Form Health does not support alternative video conferencing platforms. This is to ensure consistent care delivery across all patients.

Telephone Appointments

While we understand some patients may prefer telephone appointments, we require video visits for comprehensive care. Video allows clinicians to assess patients visually. Therefore, telephone-only appointments are not a standard option.
