Why does Form Health ask if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding cannot join Form Health until after they deliver or stop breastfeeding. It is not recommended by the medical community for pregnant women to lose weight. And most weight loss medicines are not safe for those who are breastfeeding, because how much of the medication gets into breast milk, and the effect on the baby, is not well understood.
